Express Check In is Now Available, and You Can Skip the Line!!! For Express Check In, Please Follow These Important Steps:
Step 1: Click here to download and print a service card (it may take a minute to download).
Step 2: Complete the service card. IMPORTANT: Be sure to include your phone number, and email address to receive up to date status and avoid delays.
Step 3: Wrap each scissor securely with a paper towel to keep the blades closed and prevent them from opening in transit. NOTE: Do not include scissor boxes or cases.
Step 4: In a padded envelope, enclose your scissor(s), service card, and payment information (unless you have chosen to pay by credit card online).
For your convenience, there are 3 easy ways to pay:
- Pay securely online(once we receive your scissor(s) in the office, we will email you an invoice with a link to pay securely online)! Please make your payment online within 48 hrs of receiving the email to avoid a delay in shipment. NOTE: You will receive an email 2-3 days after the last show day!
- Include your credit card information on the service card (once we receive your scissor(s) we will charge the cc provided on the service card).
- Enclose cash, money order, or cashiers check (made payable to Hikari or Hikari Scissor Factory). NOTE: Cash is only accepted in office or at the show. And, we are no longer accepting checks!
Step 5: Once you have completed steps 1-4, securely seal and tape your package.
Step 6: Bring your scissors to the Hikari booth, and simply hand them to any sales associate in the booth. Be sure to get a receipt when you drop off your scissor(s).
